From left to right they are Jupiter, Juno, Mars, Minerva, Hercules, Venus, Mercury, Proserpina (possibly), Vulcanus, Ceres, Apollo, Diana. See Fröhlich, T., 1991, Lararien und Fassadenbilder in den Vesuvstädten.  Mainz: von Zabern.  (F66: p.335-7).

Public street shrine (compitum) to 12 gods outside IX.11.1 Pompeii.  May 2006.

From left to right they are Jupiter, Juno, Mars, Minerva, Hercules, Venus, Mercury, Proserpina (possibly), Vulcanus, Ceres, Apollo, Diana.

 

Jupiter:

Crowned, red mantel at the hip, sceptre in the right hand and a lightning bolt in the left.

 

Juno:

White veil and in long garb, sceptre and Patera or libation dish.

 

Mars:

Short red tunic and green armour, Chlamys, plumed helmet, lance in the right hand and shield on the left arm.

 

Minerva:

Green Chiton, red coat and Corinthian helmet, on the chest the Gorgoneion, with lance to the left and shield on the ground to the right.

 

Hercules:

Naked with lion skin over left shoulder, club in left hand and Skyphos (wine cup) in the right hand.

 

Venus:

Long red Chiton, hip mantle pulled over her head, right hand on hip, Eros looks over her right shoulder.

 

Mercury:

Violet hip mantle, sandals, Caduceus in left arm, purse in the right hand.

 

Proserpina?:

Wrapped completely in red, right arm under the coat, carrying a green Chiton, a golden modius or harvest basket is on her head.

 

Vulcanus:

Wearing a red Exomis tied at the shoulder, Chlamys or cloak, high boots and Pileus or cap.

 

Ceres:

With crown of corn, wearing white Chiton with red stripes, white hip mantle, with right hand on a torch or flare.

 

Apollo:

Hair tied in knot, quiver behind shoulder, in brown Chiton and red coat, walking right but with head turned left, cithara held in left arm.

 

Diana:

Wreath or crown in the hair, short green violet tunic, yellow coat hanging on left side, quiver and bow behind right shoulder,

Patera or libation dish in the right hand and venabulum or spear in the left.

This according to Frohlich, which he reads (left to right and top to bottom), is 
SVCVVSSVS (or Successus?), VICTOR, AXCLIIPIADIIS (i.e. Asclepiades),  and COSSTAS, with what appears to be VICI/MAGISTRI in the centre, but the condition is poor and the text is hard to read.

This according to Frohlich, which he reads (left to right and top to bottom), is
